Shoes Matter!
Your feet are a critical component of whole-body health. What you put on them has a tremendous effect on your entire body.
Most conventional shoes (worn over a lifetime) cause your body to compensate in not-so-great ways and can be a major culprit with issues of the foot, knee, hip and more…
Think about transitioning to foot-healthy shoes, your body will thank you for it!
Look for:
1. Wide toe box
2. Flexible sole
3. A strap to keep the shoe on (no flip-flops)
4. Zero-drop (no heel)

Hanging is a natural movement we need for healthy and strong spine, neck, shoulders, and whole body.
If you have a shoulder, hand, or wrist injury be cautious and listen to your body.
